We had some friends over Friday night to celebrate the holidays. We had a yummy nacho bar, some good drinks, and the kids decorated cookies!

Sunday night we had a slow night at home and decorated gingerbread houses! I like to get the kits with the small houses so everyone has free reign on their decorating. Calvin's preschool also said the kids could bring in a gingerbread house to show off, so I got a kit for a bigger one and he and I decorated it together.

I love my Sperry Boots! I have a cream and gold pair, and I have been looking for a darker pair. I found (ad) this black pair on Amazon for $70 (They're normally $100 +). They came in this week and I know I'll be wearing them a ton. I love how they're waterproof so great for snow and rain.

Russ and I have a date night this weekend! Woot woot! The boys will be gone and I can also get some wrapping done (I hope!).
