When we had our $10 at Target link up this month, it was such a hoot that a couple of us snagged the same tee!  Rachel and I decided to do a little style collaboration, so we're both posting today with one way we're styling the tee!

I have mentioned the Peaches and Petals subscription box a couple times, and today I'm here to share a full look into my first box. Each box is $20 which includes shipping. You can use a coupon code to get a discount on your first box (see the end of the post). You can also buy multiple months for a discount, too.

Today, friends! TODAY is the last day of school! Russ and I have to go back for a work day on Tuesday, but I declare summer has officially started! I also can't believe Henry is done with Kindergarten!

Church gets out at 11:15 or later during the school year, and with naps happening at 12:30, we don't have much time to mess around when it comes to lunch. Quesadillas have become a tradition because they're quick, easy, and everybody loves them. I like to mix it up every once in a while and try a different type of quesadilla. Hawaiian pizza is my favorite type of pizza, hands down, so I decided to make it in quesadilla form.

Since being in grad school for the past two years and having a baby a year ago, Russ and I haven't gotten to go out a ton. Now that Calvin is a year and we're DONE with grad school, I'm hoping we can get out more often. This past weekend we grabbed dinner at a local place, then headed over to a friend's house for a back yard party. The weather was gorgeous! Here's what I wore:

I've heard a few bloggers share about Le Tote, so when a friend had a referral for a free month to try it out, I just had to see what it was all about myself.

Le Tote is a clothing and accessory rental subscription service. When you sign up you select your sizes and body type. You can also pick favorite pieces. Then, you ask them to style a tote for you. Once they have styled your tote, you have 48 hours to see what's inside and change out any items you aren't a fan of. Once you're satisfied, the tote ships to you. The cost for each tote is $59.

Keri, my very wise mom-blogger friend, is relaunching her book today called Why Just Survive When You Can Thrive: Tips for Thriving as a Mom! I reviewed it last year. You can read the review here.

She's updated the book and revised the chapters, so it's like it's almost brand new! You can purchase a PDF or print copy here! Also, there's a bonus of gorgeous printable scripture cards. Hop over and snag a copy!
Happy Friday, friends!  I hope you had a great week. Ours was overall pretty darn good. Calvin's been sleeping again all night, so I can't complain. Just one week left of school. Here are the highlights:

Russ completed his first triathlon this weekend. We are so proud of him. It was pretty chilly and windy, but he pushed through!  We were all there to cheer him on at the finish! I have a sweet video of the two older boys running to him as he crossed the line!

Seems like y'all were ok with a feature look and then a round up of the rest of my looks last week, so I'm back at it this week! Today I'm sharing a simple look with a black maxi dress and an olive utility jacket!

Today I wanted to share some of my current favorite beauty products. Most all of them are items I use almost every day! Enjoy!

I just LOVE my little $10 at Target shopping adventure every month, and I also LOVE that this little link up is growing. It is so fun to see how everyone stretches their little budgets!

I have to report that I'm still loving this sign I picked up last month. Some of y'all have such cute little chalkboards in your house. This one might be as close as I get to one right now. Also, read on for a fun find this month that helps with this cute little sign!

This month my Target vacation took place on Mother's Day! What a great gift of a little peace and quiet as a part of my day.

As always, I share some highlights of what I didn't get as well as what I got.

So, what did I pass up this time?
Happy Friday the 13th to you! I hope you had a great week. I'm sure looking forward to the weekend! Here are some highlights from the week:

Mother's Day was wonderful. It started off with donuts, a movie made by my boys, and some new yoga pants. We had pizza for lunch. I went to Target solo. We grilled out for supper. We ended the night playing cards with the boys around the kitchen table. It was the perfect day!

Today I'm sharing a little about my new love for Ragu Homestyle sauce and how we're working to make simple traditions for our family around the dinner table.

One thing that somewhat surprised me on the survey at Henry's last yearly check up was the question asking us how many nights a week we eat dinner together as family. It didn't surprise me because it was hard to answer. It surprised me that a six year old might not eat dinner with his or her family every night. I am so grateful that at this stage of our life, we are able to slow down and eat dinner together almost every evening. I know this won't always be the case.

Happy Wednesday! I am switching it up a little bit because 3 years of What I Wore Wednesdays will do that to you! I am going to try out featuring one outfit in detail and then sharing the rest like I have been in flat lay form.  You'll have to let me know what you think.

I'm joining in with some fabulous ladies to be a part of the Picture Perfect Project. Each month I'll be sharing a few photos I've taken with our Canon EOS Rebel T3i. I decided with this challenge to focus on documenting of each of our boys in their element. It might look messy, but I just want these photos to capture the every day life we have. I don't really plan to edit the photos in any way except for possibly cropping them a little.

I usually knock out all of the pictures in one day or one afternoon, but this month, I found different opportunities to document the boys just when I thought they were doing something fun. I've been keeping my camera on the kitchen counter so it's easy to grab, do a quick white balance, and shoot away!

A longer, leaner cardigan is typically known as a boyfriend cardigan. I own quite a few, but this one from Gap is one of my favorites. So much so that after I bought it, I went back for a black one which I shared with you in April. This gray one was also a part of my 20 item in 21 days capsule wardrobe I did in February. There are many reasons I love this cardigan but the main two are that it is comfortable and versatile. Today I'm showing you two ways I have styled it.

We celebrated Calvin's first birthday this past week with his party on Saturday and then his actual birthday later on in the week. It is crazy to think of how fast the last year has gone!

We celebrated Calvin's first birthday last Saturday with family and friends.  For each of our boys, I've done something with their first name for the theme of their first birthday. Henry's was Oh Henry and Wesley's was W is for Wesley, so it seemed natural to tie in Calvin's first birthday with Calvin and Hobbes! I truly tried to keep it super simple!

Pattern mixing is one of my favorite things to do! It's a little wacky, but I feel like I've learned to make it happen without going too crazy. Today with the How I Style It gals, I'm sharing one of my favorite floral items mixing in some pattern, of course!

Each month this year, I'm sharing my goals along with a recap of how the previous month's goals. went. Setting monthly goals helps me stay on track and feel a sense of accomplishment.  Posting them here holds me a little more accountable.

All-in-all I feel like I did a pretty good job with my April goals. Here's a full report:

Each month I share a little recap of the previous month with some random facts and numbers. Here we are again, with a recap of April! Enjoy!
