It's often intriguing to me to see what people buy from Amazon. We have Amazon Prime, so I do quite a bit of shopping from there. A lot of my Christmas gifts were from Amazon, partially thanks to family members having wish lists, but also because it was just easy. Free shipping, yes please! Over the last few months, I've also made some purchases for myself and the kids, so I thought I'd share. Maybe you're curious like I am!

So many people have been posting fun year in reviews, and I finally have the time to sit down and think a little about this year.

I went back through and browsed every post I'd written this year, and I thought it would be fun to share a monthly favorite!

Tips for Wearing Ankle Booties

Stocking stuffers are so fun to buy. Today I'm sharing a few collages of ideas for our family. I also snuck some ideas in for myself at the end!

I couldn't just share one. Old Navy had been great for clothes for me this fall. I have spent maybe $10 because we have had a ridiculous amount of rewards dollars from our Gap credit card lately. Above are things I've picked up. The widget may not show the exact colors, but the styles are correct.

Having a credit card with clothing rewards makes my closet fuller on a tight budget! We are diligent about paying off the credit card each month, but building up points with normal purchases is awesome. Happy Monday!

Sometimes I just luck out shopping. Finding this scarf at Target last fall was one of those times. It was on sale nonetheless! I have a huge collection of scarves, but if I had to keep just a handful from all that I have, this would be one of the first I would pull. I love jewel tones. I wear them all. the. time. This scarf just goes! I haven't worn it yet this fall, but I know it will be in the rotation soon.

This post is pretty much a photo dump, but my favorite summer moments were the simple daily little things. Just living life with my boys. Baby snuggles, crafts, slowing down, memories. Things that aren't necessarily "high five for friday-able" but things I don't want to forget.

Last week I shared about how wearing the right clothes has helped me get moving after pregnancy. Today I want to share about how I hold myself accountable for getting up and getting moving.

See that little polka dot band on my wrist? That's a Fitbit Flex. It's basically a fancy pedometer that also has an app I use with it.

One thing I'm learning as I get older, is that having good shoes makes a ton of difference. Sure, I'll buy some cute shoes from Payless or Target every once in a while, but more and more I'm making investments in pairs of shoes I will wear for years and that are good on my feet.

My hair regiment is pretty easy. I shower and wash my hair at night. I don't to anything to my hair after showering besides combing it out with a wide-tooth comb. If you were to see me in the morning, you'd think I was kind of crazy with how weird my hair looks, but it shapes up quickly.

So, here are the products I use. Nothing breaks the bank. I always stock up on my shampoo and conditioner when there's a coupon in the Sunday paper.

Now, if we were headed into fall, I would probably say a scarf, but now that spring is here, and summer is on the horizon, I'd have to say a Our World Boutique's Stranded Statement Necklace is my favorite. I own two of them, and honestly, I've pondered how many colors it would be acceptable for me to have. I have ordered more of them than the black and pink that I have, but I gave them away as gifts! It's just a classic necklace that can be worn casually or dressed up. I always get so many compliments when I wear it! It's definitely the necklace I think everyone should own.
