Russ took the boys up to visit his grandma for her birthday this past weekend, so I was home ALONE Friday night through Sunday afternoon. It was so strange being home alone! I can't remember the last time I've been home alone for that long... or ever stayed at our house without the kids or Russ there! Our poor cat was at a loss for what to do!

Russ and I met 14 years ago on Valentine's Day at a Chinese restaurant, so he surprised me on Valentine's Day with arranging a sitter so we could go out! It was such a sweet surprise!

We also had a great Valentine's Day with the boys. I surprised them with some little treats, new heart plates, and donuts in the morning and then Russ and I picked up some ice cream after our date for all of us to have dessert!
