Happy July 4th to my US readers! I hope you get to enjoy the day with friends and family! Russ and I are home and back to reality after a week in Meixco. Not to shabby to come back to one of my favorite holidays!

Today I'm sharing a recap of June and my goals for July!

June in Numbers

Calvin only slept six nights through this month. He was with grandparents for 6 nights, so I'm not 100% sure the final report considering that, but for the 24 nights I was with him, he slept six. He got a molar and another tooth, so I'm thinking that was a large issue. It was our worst month in a while. Here's to a better July!

Trips to Target. Same as last month!

Kid-free nights! I love my kids like no other, but it was so good to have some extended time just Russ and me! We had one night here at home before we flew out and then five nights in Mexico! Photo dump of the trip coming tomorrow!

June Goals Recap

1. Go on a walk once a week (like a work out type walk). - Check! We definitely did this as a family by walking to the library or a playground. I even did go on a solo walk by myself, too.

2. Make a new dessert recipe. - Check (kind of) - I made Raspberry Lemon Loaf from the berries we picked at the berry farm. It's a new recipe, just not sure it's 100% dessert. It was darn good, though.

3. Try a new hair do. - Check! I tried a pull through braid. though I didn't love it. I just don't have super thick hair that looks good in braids...

4. Read a book. -  Check! I read Paper Towns while in Mexico. I also finished The Light of the Fireflies (which I started in May). I'm currently reading Luckiest Girl Alive, which I think I will finish soon!

5. Drink 3 full tumblers of water a day. - Total fail... I maybe did this three or four days. :(

July Goals

1. Make a craft.

2. Try a new recipe.

3. Finish my book plus finish another.

4. Go to yoga once a week.

5. Go to a farmer's market.

Pretty simple! What are your goals for the month?
