Mixing Pattern and Texture for Spring

I really just can't get enough of pattern mixing. I would say a third of my outfits (at least) include some sort of pattern mix. If you're nervous about pattern mixing check out my previous post about degrees of pattern mixing. It gives you some ideas of where you can start if you're unsure.

I picked up this creme lace top at Target last week for just under $7!  I paired it with my thrifted Gap leopard cardigan. Although both the lace and the leopard are somewhat small patterns, I feel this mix works because of the lack of color in the top.

I added in some fun gold accessories with a touch of blush, which I just can't get enough of. Thank you, color of the year!

I finished off the look with my new Gap Girlfriend crops and some cute cream and gold Gap flats I got from ThredUp. This outfit is just read for a fun spring outing be it a date with Russ or some time with my girlfriends!

What do you think?
