So a month or so ago, a friend texted me asking if I would run a 5k with her in October. If you know me, you know I am NOT a running. Some people can go out and run a 5k without thinking about it. I could barely run two minutes straight without a struggle. Many years ago I tried out the Couch to 5K running plan and failed miserably, but this time I figured I could give it a try again. I have an accountability partner. I have an end goal. And I really wanted to do it.

When I run, I HAVE to wear leggings. I like the compression feeling and support on my legs and I love that there's no bunching between my legs.
