Happy Friday! Della at Della Devoted, Katie at Cup of Tea, Tif at Bright on a Budget, and I want to welcome you to High Five for Friday! Each week we share the best parts of the week and hope you'll join us! Remember you can link up your highlights post or up to THREE of your favorite posts from this past week!

We were in Colorado last week visiting Russ's sister and some friends of ours. The last time I'd been to Colorado was when Henry was 2 1/2, so it had been a while! When we took that trip with Henry six summers ago, we stopped at a Sinclair gas station on the way and have a picture of Henry on the dino. Russ got a picture of Wesley on one of the dinos last summer when he and Wes went to Colorado to pick up Henry from staying with Russ's sister. This summer we got a picture of each boy on the dino! Calvin was too scared to get on the actual back of it, but he would get on the tail.

While in Colorado, you have to go see the mountains! We went on a couple different hikes, enjoyed some great company, and had some good food, too! Road tripping 10+ hours each way with kids is not easy, but it is worth it for the memories. We have an even longer trip happening in the next couple weeks, and we definitely learned what works/what doesn't on this trip so we can make a few on that one, but all in all it was an amazing trip!

I got to attend Henry's last baseball game of the summer, and he did awesome! The league he was in was pretty low key which was nice. It's fun to see him enjoy sports without a ton of pressure to compete.

Each summer I try to take the boys that are old enough to our local amusement park, Adventureland. Tuesday worked out to be Henry's day and it was just the best. The weather was great, the lines were never long, and we had a blast! I still love a good roller coaster!

Lastly, Calvin is our amazing helper. He loves to do the laundry but most of all he loves to mow. That was probably one of biggest issues on our trip! He just wanted to come home and mow! He had an old bubble mower that we'd had since Henry was little, so we ordered him an upgrade and he is in love! We're pretty sure we're taking it on our road trips so he can mow! Because, why not?

How was your week?

Here's what happened on the blog this week and last week:

We would like to announce that the H54F linkup is expanding to where you can drop links for up to 3 of your posts each week. Of course, you can still drop your link for a Friday 5 post, but we want to make this a platform for our followers to discover a variety of fun new content each week.

Now that we're sharing more posts for the link up, I'll be highlighting three of my favorites that were linked up last week!

Now, it's time to link up your favorite posts of the week! These are from two weeks ago, since I didn't post last week:

Erin has some fun ideas for water this summer!

Sarah shared her high 5s and I love that one of them has to do with the royal wedding!

I love Whitley's post about wearing rompers to a wedding!
