Happy Friday! Della at Della Devoted, Katie at Cup of Tea, Tif at Bright on a Budget, and I want to welcome you to High Five for Friday! Each week we share the best parts of the week and hope you'll join us! Summer is winding down, so we're trying to make the most of it!

{ONE}

We went to our last Make It at Michael's workshop. The boys made a super hero and construction paper pizza and donuts. The third activity was to draw yourself as a super hero which Wesley wasn't really into. This was probably my least favorite of the workshops we've been to just because it wasn't making something with things we didn't have at home... but it got us out and about, so it was still fun.

{TWO}

Henry and Wesley are doing a short season of t-ball and coach pitch. Wesley has been a little reluctant to play, but Henry was an amazing helper last week cheering him on, explaining the game, and helping Wesley run the bases. This picture melts me!

{THREE}

Henry and I finally finished this dinosaur model we'd gotten him for his birthday! I got it at the Container Store around Christmas (Henry's birthday is in January). It is so cool because it has a little motor that is noise activated that will make it roar and walk!

{FOUR}

Last Sunday we hit up the Iowa Machine Shed for brunch. It was so good and we even got to go on a free tractor wagon ride! Sunday was also National Cheesecake Day and I met up with a friend to enjoy some half price cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory!

{FIVE}

Sunday is International Friendship Day and we here at High Five For Friday want to hear all about the blogger friends you've made through this link up! I have a terrible memory when it comes to how I actually met bloggers since I've been blogging for over four years, but Tif from Bright on a Budget and I met right here at the High Five for Friday link up before either of us were hosts! Though we've never met in person, Tif is a true friend of mine! She and I chat blogger things and life things just about every day be it though messenger or Marco Polo lately! We've cheered each other on and offered advice and support as we've both grown our blogs! Some day soon I hope to be able to meet her, because I know we would have a blast together! Who have you met through the link up?

How was your week?

Now, it's time to link up your highlights of the week!

Our feature blogger this week is Danielle from Sparkles and Lattes! Danielle is a mom to adorable twin girls! She just turned 34 and shared some fun facts about herself. She was also a part of the S'mores blog hop this week and shared a yummy recipe for s'mores bars!
