It's always a great mail day when my Ipsy bag arrives.  This month was no exception. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription in which you receive a cute zipper pouch along with five beauty samples. The cost is just $10, and I think it's a great deal.

 

First off, this month's zipper pouch was super cute.  I love the color and the plastic texture because I could definitely throw it in my purse without it getting dirty.

My absolute favorite product that came in my bag this month was this scrub. I'm kind of picky about my scrubs.  I like them to be pretty fine in texture and cover lots of area. This scrub fits the bill. Its texture is ultra fine and it I felt like it hit every centimeter of my face.  Some scrubs can be more gritty and sparse, but this was definitely not.

This fun fall polish was also in this month's bag.  I like the dark color and the brand is a good one. I'm sure it'll get some wear. (Note, it's NOT the polish I'm wearing on my fingers in the pictures.)

 

Fig & Rouge Hand Cream in Rose Berry

Retails for  $6.56

 

This hand cream had a good scent and nice, thick but not too thick, texture. It blended right in to my hands, and felt smooth.

 

Model Co VOLUMEYES Mascara in Extreme Black

Full size retails for $20, but this was just a sample.

This mascara is nothing to write home about. It says it's "VOUMEYES," but it doesn't seem to add much volume to my lashes.  I would say it's just another mascara, but I'll still use it. 

 

Starlooks Lip Gloss in Guilty Pleasure 

Full size retails for $12, but this was just a sample.

This gloss is pretty nice. I like neutral lip colors, and this one definitely is.  It just adds a little shine.  I'll definitely use it!
