We had a lot of time at home this week. We got out of school early Friday for weather, had no school Monday for MLK Day, got out of school early on Tuesday for weather, AND had a full snow day on Wednesday. We did a lot of baking and making. Calvin REALLY wanted to help put the banana muffins we made on Friday into the tins. I gave into the mess, and he loved it.

My parents came back from a cruise and got the boys matching shirts. We had to take a picture!

Wesley started gymnastics this past week. He loved it!

We started our Wednesday snow day off with pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles! They were all so excited when they woke up and found out we didn't have to go anywhere.

Another great thing about the snow day was that it wasn't so bitter cold, so they could get out and play. Next week we have a day forecast to be a high in the negatives! Yikes!

And because we got so much snow, we finally made snow ice cream. It was a hit and we had it twice on Wednesday, because that's what you do on a snow day!
