Henry loves jello! I don't make it that often, but when I do it's either jigglers or this recipe. Using applesauce adds some nutrition and texture, and it's super easy. Enjoy!

You need just three things: jello, applesauce, and water. I used the larger package of jello, so I needed 16 oz of applesauce.

Measure out two cups of water, and put it in the microwave for about four minutes or until it boils.

While that's heating, pour the jello powder into the bowl you plan to chill the jello in.

Once the water is boiling, add it to the jello and stir.

Then, add the applesauce. I did this slowly, stirring frequently. I wanted the applesauce to disperse evenly in the jello. Put the bowl into the refrigerator and let it set.

Here's the final product. See that fun applesauce texture? Yum!
