Gingham for Spring

Spring is trying to arrive, but its still struggling a little bit in Iowa. You can see a few bits of snow that lingered over this past weekend in some of these photos. I'm definitely ready to ditch the winter wardrobe and welcome in the spring weather.

I got this top  free for my review but the opinions are all my own. I may receive a commission (with no extra cost added to you) if you make a purchase from the links in this post. Please see my disclosure for more details.

Gingham Top: c/o Shein
Cardigan: Old Navy (similar)
Necklace: old (similar)
Jeans: c/o Democracy Denim
Purse: Kate Spade (similar)
Flats: Lucky Brand

Gingham is totally in this spring. I have seen adorable tops, pants, dresses, and even totes that are made of this classic print! This gingham top is perfect to transition from spring to summer because it is sleeveless, so I can wear it easily with a cardigan or jacket as well as wear it alone this summer.

I added some pops of pink and purple to brighten things up. I added my favorite jeans and some comfy flats. This outfit was one I wore to church and also worked well for a casual lunch out that afternoon. I think a pink purse would have been a fun addition to this outfit, too, but I went for a little pattern mix with the polka dots.

Are you loving gingham? Is the weather cooperating and being spring like where you are?
