Today's Lesson:
Four ways to wear a t-shirt dress
I have to say that this dress is one of my favorites. When I saw it on the LuLaRoe website, I knew it had to be mine! I've worn it four different ways since I got it this fall. It's stretchy, basically a long comfy t-shirt, and it has mustard in it. I LOVE mustard.
Today I'm sharing four ways I've worn it. I hope to sneak a couple more in before this baby comes in May, since the dress will be stored in the "non nursing friendly" part of my closet until I'm done nursing.
I will say haven't been very original in my footwear with this dress.
It's always been my booties. I could totally see it being great with
cute sandals or even riding boots. One of those looks may appear yet this spring!
{ONE}
This is a pretty fall/wintery look for this dress: Target mustard cardigan, Forever 21 skinny belt , simple purple tights, and my black booties from Amazon.
{TWO}
This was a little out of the box for me. I put a rust-colored tee underneath the dress. I LOVE how it turned out, though, and I received many compliments on this look: Liz Lange Maternity tee, LTD Jewels necklace, black tights, and those Amazon booties again!
{THREE}
This was a great beginning of fall look before I felt like I must wear tights all the time: Kiki La Rue Scarf, a couple simple bracelets, and those lovely Amazon booties!
{FOUR}
If you haven't heard, chambray goes with just about everything! This look was also great for an early fall day: thrifted chambray top, Target belt, and Toms booties.
The great thing about these outfits is that they would work with any simple dress t-shirt dress that you have, it doesn't have to be an Aztec or even a print dress. You could do a patterned cardigan, fun tights, or patterned scarf to mix things up a little, too!
