Christmas Survival Kit & Link Up

Christmas is right around the corner! Today I thought I would share some of the must-haves that get me through this crazy season.

I specifically store away my chunky knit scarves off season and bring them out when the weather gets chilly so I can truly appreciate them.  I always feel like I'm warmer when I have a cozy knit scarf around my neck! If you need to know one thing about me, it's that I hate, hate, hate being cold. Why I live in Iowa is sometimes a mystery to me, but maybe I'll retire somewhere warm.

Ok, so I'm a sucker for drinks in red Starbucks cups. What can I say? I only wish we had a Starbucks closer. Our nearest one is about a 10 minute drive. I guess it makes it all the more special when I do get to enjoy it.

Along with hating the cold, having a heated blanket the past few winters has been awesome.  I admit I did have to google "heated blanket while pregnant," but the results seem to be just don't get too warm. When it's chilly, you'll probably find me under mine.

The past two Christmases have been fun since Henry's been old enough to really participate and enjoy the festivities.  No matter the year, I will always make sure we enjoy some good old fashioned sugar cookies (even if the dough comes from a tube), and decorate our hearts out!

So, I recently, in the past threeish months, discovered Jamberry nail wraps, and I'm hooked.  This wrap, called Midnight Celebration, is just super elegant, and I think it just looks so classy!  I can't wait to rock so many fun combinations of Jamberry throughout the season. I love Jamberry so much, I decided to start selling it myself!

What would be in your holiday survival kit?

I was contacted by Man Crates, a fun gift website for the man in your life, to come up with a list of my must-have holiday survival items. This isn't a sponsored post, just some good old fashioned holiday fun!

Now, for the link up.  Will you join in?
